It is the quintessentially British day out with fabulous homemade teas available and the opportunity to bring your own picnic. There is a really well organised, well stocked bar run by the village, a BBQ ,a wonderful helter-skelter and fair rides, traditional stalls you would see at a fete, Punch and Judy shows, ice cream van, bouncy castle, face painting, raffle and the possibility of getting autographs of the stars and the players in wonderful surroundings. This year, students from Comberton Village College are giving lots of voluntary help along with the children of the organisers and helpers and we have the musical talents of Panic Steel Band, Paradigm and the Swamp Donkeys. Jaqui Jones the renowned horse artist is hoping to do some T-Shirt painting. We usually have about 1800 people overall and it is a thoroughly good, family day out. 10.30 Gates Open 11.30 Match Starts 13.00 Lunch 14.00 Play Resumes 15.30 Tea 16.30 Play Resumes 18.00 Presentation of Trophy
